Katia Tsvetkova, our VP, Marketing for strategy Matters, leads our employee training practice and has assisted in developing and completing the roll-out for our series of 3-month Employee training course offerings for SME’s (small to medium-sized enterprises).

The flagship course is Integrated Digital Marketing.

This course – like the other courses developed for strategic employers who invest in their employees in order to grow, sustain and optimize revenues – will train either:
(a) an existing employee, or
(b) a new hire.

The  Integrated Digital Marketing training course provides the skills and hands-on experience that makes a positive impact on an SME’s top line within the first quarter of starting the course, as well as a positive impact on the SME’s bottom line within the first year of starting the course.

This course runs for 3 months, including weekly on-site instruction by the Trainer(s) at the company’s offices/facility. The total cost of tuition, course materials, and tech applications is $4,950 per employee per month.

Up to $10,000 of the total cost per employee is reimbursed and paid for by a government grant called the ‘Canada-BC Job Grant‘ that has been created in partnership between the federal Canada Job Grant and B.C.’s WorkBC.

This Integrated Digital Marketing course will give the company/business several essential benefits. The company or business puts an existing employee or a new hire through this training and receives most of the cost of the training reimbursed through the government grant program as well as rely on the course deliverables, including these lists depending on which course Option the company/employer/SME chooses:

Course 1 (Integrated Digital Marketing) – option A:
3-month course, $4,950 per person per month (all inclusive of materials, tuition, etc.), with the following deliverables:

-a minimum 5-page new WordPress website, created by the trainee/employee
-set of 10 recommended WordPress Plugins by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight
-google Analytics set-up and 1 goal set-up, with trainee/employee reporting schedule calendared
-google Webmaster tools set-up, with trainee/employee reporting schedule calendared
-1 google Adwords ad campaign set-up, with landing page (1 of the 5 pages above) and A/B split testing incorporated by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight
-g+ account, map pin, and integration by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight
-integration of existing fb and twitter accounts by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight
-keyword research, resulting in a Keyword Map created by trainee/employee
-content strategy, resulting in a Content Creation & Publication flow-chart and 3 relevant, quality blog posts by trainee/employee
-mobile responsive website plugin by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight, resulting in mobile responsive website + browser test results

Course 1 (Integrated Digital Marketing) – option B:
2-month course, $8,450 per person per month (all inclusive of materials, tuition, etc.), with the following deliverables:

-2 new minimum 5-page WordPress websites, created by the trainee/employee
-set of 12 recommended WordPress Plugins by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight
-google Analytics set-up and 1 goal set-up for each website, with trainee/employee reporting schedule calendared
-google Webmaster tools set-up for each website, with trainee/employee reporting schedule calendared
-2 google Adwords ad campaigns set-up, with a landing page for each campaign (1 of the 5 pages above) and A/B split testing incorporated for both campaigns by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight
-g+ account, map pin, and integration by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight
-integration of existing fb and twitter accounts by trainee/employee with Trainer oversight
-keyword research, resulting in a Keyword Map for each website created by trainee/employee
